    Posted by: Momaw_Ohio this is a VERY quick and simple dessert, and can be made SF for your DH, too. It's a little different from the traditional cheesecakes...more like a cheesecake pie, but very impressive and good.

    List of Ingredients




    1- 8oz. cream cheese
    1/3 cup sugar (or Splenda) .............. Beat together until frothy

    Mix: 1 cup sour cream with 3 Tbls lemon juice
    Mix this mixture with cheese mixture.

    Fold in: 1- 8 oz. tub of Cool Whip (experiment with different flavors of Cool whip).

    Pour into graham cracker pie shell. Top with pie filling of your choice or graham cracker crumbs, then chill.

    I got this from my Aunt Evelyn, who has passed on...but I've made it for former co-workers who begged me to make another one.
