    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    8 oz. cream cheese softened
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. whipped topping
    1 (21oz) can blueberry pie filling

    Bake an empty shell according to pkg. or make you own which is what I do. Let cool. Sprinkle pecans on bottom of shell. In med. bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy and add sugar beat until smooth fold in cool whip, place 1/2 of cream cheese mix in crust top with 1/2 of pie filling repeat for two layers. Chill at least 4 hrs. garninsh w/ additional whipped topping if desired. We have substituted cherry pie filling but, I prefer blueberry. LOL

    Yields: one deep dish pie~8 servings

    easy and ohh so YUMMY!!!
