    List of Ingredients




    3 packages (8oz ea) cream cheese, softened - I used 2
    3/4 cup sugar - I used 1/2 cup of Splenda
    3 eggs - I used 2 small
    1 tsp vanilla - I used 3/4 tsp

    2 cups (12oz package) Hershey's Mini Chips Semi-Sweet Chocolate, divided - I used a little over 2/3 cups for the filling and 1/3 cup for the topping.
    1 extra serving size packaged graham cracker crumb crust (9oz) I used a 6oz size of the chocolate. That is why I cut back all the ingredients by 1/3.
    2 Tbls whippping cream - I used 1 Tbls skim milk and a dollop of sour cream

    Recipe



    1. Heat oven to 450 degrees.

    2. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Stir in 1-2/3 cups small chocolate chips; pour into crust.

    3. Bake 10 min. Without opening door, reduce temp to 250 degrees; continue baking 30 min or just until set. I only baked mine for 15 min. more. Remove from oven to wire rack. Cool completely. Cover; refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.

    4. Place remaining 1/3 cup chips and whipping cream in small microwave safe bowl. Microwave at High 20 or 30 sec or just until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred. Cool slightly; spread over top of cheesepie. Refrigerate 15 min or until topping is set. Cover; refrigerate leftover cheesepie.
