    Posted by: dowie *********Made chicken strips for the kids last night, used this recipe for the coating, they loved it.


    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
    1/4 cup flour
    1 tbsp paprika
    1 tsp poultry seasoning
    1 tsp garlic salt
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp onion salt

    Recipe



    Mix ingredients thoroughly.
    To use, moisten strips of chicken breasts in water and dip into coating. (I shake them in a Ziploc bag)
    Arrange chicken on baking tray and bake for 35-40 minutes, depending on size of chicken pieces. Or cover bottom of skillet with oil and fry until done.

    Makes 3/4 cup coating, enough for 3 lb of chicken.
