BAKED-Cheesy Chicken Bake

CHEESEY CHICKEN
1 fryer, cut into serving pieces
1 cup crushed herb stuffing (I use herbed bread crumbs, much easier)
2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
½ cup melted butter or margarine
Roll chicken in the melted butter until coated well. Mix together in a large bowl the bread crumbs (or stuffing) and Parmesan cheese in a mixing bowl. Coat chicken pieces well. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven until juices run clear.Chicken is unbelievably tender and has a delicious, yet, mild taste
