    Chicken breast
    Chicken stock (Renee prefers carton not cubed)
    Garlic
    Shallots

    Recipe



    Brown the chicken in a little butter in a frying pan for one or two mins on each side
    Boil your chicken stock and remove from heat
    Place the chicken breast in the hot stock and allow to poach for 15 mins (Note: do not put the stock back on the heat)
    Put the chicken back into the frying pan with a handful of shallots and some fresh garlic and cook briefly

    Serving Suggestion: Serve with a little natural yoghurt, potatoes.
