Puffs up just the way I Like it. And clings to the fish so well. IT WAS SO SO GOOD I'm going to try this on chicken
List of Ingredients
Beat 1 egg with a wisk
add 1 cup beer
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 scant cup flour
Recipe
Batter is quit runny.
It is right consistency when clings to spoon.
Coat pieces and fry in a little oil in pan.
Been in family for years...The batter puffs up when fried...Wonderful and easy!
