2 #s lean hamburger AND 2#s MILD italian sausage. Halfway through the meat browning process, add a LARGE chopped onion. When the onion and meat is done, DRAIN the bejeepers out of it. Now, add the LARGE can of Del Monte's FRESH CUT tomatoes UNDRAINED and a Family size can of Campbell's Tomatoe soup. Stir. Now add 1 or 2 LARGE cans of dark kidney beans, undrained. Simmer for 10-20 minutes over low heat.
Now add 2-3 dashes of BOTH Lea& Perrins Worcestershire Sauce AND 1-2 dashes of Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy Salt free Blend.

Continue to cook over a very low flame for about an hour.
Here's the trick. Let it cool and then put it in the fridge until the NEXT day! :) Reheat over very low heat for 1-2 hours and eat to your hearts' content. You CAN eat it the day you make it, but it is ALWAYS better the day after!!! :)
