    Black & White Cheesecake Bars

    2 c. chocolate chips
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
    1 egg
    1 t. vanilla

    Recipe



    Melt chocolate and butter, stirring occasionally. Stir in the crumbs. Set aside 1/4 c. for topping. Press the remaining crumbs into an ungreased 9 x 13. In other bowl, beat cream cheese til smooth. Gradually beat in milk, egg and vanilla. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake at 325 for 25-30 or til lightly browned. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or until completely chilled. Cut into bars.

    You can use either semi or milk chocolate chips. We prefer the milk chocolate, but the bars will be darker with the semis
