    List of Ingredients




    1/2 c sugar
    1/2 c. plain flour
    1/4 c. confectioners sugar

    Mix and pat in a 9 inch square pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
    1 c. sugar
    2 T. plain flour
    1/2 t. baking power
    2 eggs slightly beaten
    3 T. lemon juice

    Recipe



    Combine ingredients and pour over crust. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
    (start checking at 20 minutes)
    While warm sprinkle with 3 T confectioners sugar.
