    Marcia-Marcia-Marcia's Dreamy Chocolate Peanutty Crumble Squares

    1/2c. butter/margarine
    1c. AP flour
    3/4c. instant oats, uncooked
    1/3c. brown sugar
    1/2tsp. baking soda
    1/2tsp. vanilla extract
    4 (2.23oz each) Snickers bars, cut into 8 slices each

    Grease bottom of 8" square pan. In lg. saucepan, melt butter. Remove pan from heat and stir in flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda, and vanilla. Blend til crumbly. Press 2/3 of mixture into pan. Arrange candy bar slices in pan, about 1/2" from edges of pan. Finely crumble remaining mixture over candy bars. Bake at 350º for 25 min. or til edges are golden brown. Cool in pan on a cooling rack. Cut into bars or squares.
