List of Ingredients
2/3 cups butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup light or dark corn syrup
1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
1 package(12oz)milk chocolate chips
1 package(6oz)butterscotch chips
2/3 cup smooth or crunchy peanut butter
1 cup salted Spanish peanuts

Grease a 13x9 inch baking pan and set aside. Preheat oven to 375. In medium saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until butter is melted. Stir in 1/4 cup peanut butter and vanilla. In a large bowl, combine oatmeal and peanut butter mixture. Blend well. Press firmly into bottom of prepared pan. Bake for 12 minutes. Remove from oven. In a saucepan, combine chocolate and butterscotch chips. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until chips melt. Stir in remaining 2/3 cup peanut butter and peanuts. Pour over baked crust. Cool before cutting into pieces.
