4 cups quick (3 ½ rolled) oats
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup corn syrup
2/3 cup marg/butter
1 tbsp vanilla
1 cup crunchy p butter
1 cup chocolate chips
2 cups rice krispiesRecipe
In lg bowl, melt butter in microwave. Mix in oats, b sugar, corn syrup and vanilla. Microwave on hi for 3 minutes. Spread mixture in greased 9x13 pan and press down firmly. (I use wax paper on top as is very hot) Melt chocolate chips and p butter for 1 ½ min on hi. Mix well and stir in rice krispies. Spread evely over oat mixture. Cool (refrigerate) and cut.
