List of Ingredients
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar, divided
2 ts vanilla, divided
1-1/2 cups Pillsbury flour
2 eggs
2 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup almond brickle chips
1/4 cup Smucker's Caramel or Hot Caramel Topping
Recipe
Mix butter, 1/2 cup of the sugar, and 1 ts vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
Gradually add flour, mixing on low speed until blended. Press onto bottom of 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake at 350ºF for 20-23 minutes until lightly browned.
Mix cream cheese, remaining sugar & remaining vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix well. Stir in chips. Pour over crust.
Drop teaspoonsful of Caramel topping over cream cheese mixture. Gently run a knife through the batter to swirl the Caramel Topping.
Bake for 30 minutes more. Cool in pan on wire rack.
Refrigerate. Cut into bars.
Makes 32 servings.
