List of Ingredients
1 cup grated zucchini
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine, or butter
1 beaten egg
2 cups flour
1 cup chopped nuts, optional
1 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
Recipe
Cream sugar and butter. Add egg and zucchini. Stir in dry ingredients. Mix in the chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by tsp. on greased cookie sheets and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
