    List of Ingredients




    1 box Jiffy cornbread/muffin mix
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. creamed corn
    1 c. sour cream
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. of banana peppers, sliced, drained

    Recipe



    Mix all the above well and pour into a 9 x 9 baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. I served with chili beans and DH ate almost the whole pan.
