    makes 10" round pan..you can double it for a 9x13 pan

    List of Ingredients




    1 C. cornmeal
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 eggs
    1 C. cream style corn
    1/4 C. veggie oil
    1 C. sour cream

    Recipe



    Mix dry ingredients then add wet. Pour in greased pan and bake until toothpick comes clean (350 deg). don't overbake! depending on your oven, could be 15-20 min or so.

    A pat of butter melted on a hot piece right out of the oven is really good!(some people like butter and jelly on it)I sprinkle a little sugar on the melted butter!

    OR just use to eat with chili by not adding anything to it, just pour the chili over it.
