    2 pounds small red potatoes, quartered
    1 8oz package cream cheese, softened
    1 packet Ranch dressing mix
    1 can cream of potato soup

    Recipe



    Place potatoes in a 3 1/2 quart crockpot. In a small bowl combine cream cheese and Ranch mix. Stir in soup and pour over potatoes. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours or on high for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours. Stir to blend before
    serving.
