    List of Ingredients




    2 medium potatoes -- cut into 1" cubes
    2 LB ground beef
    1 large chopped onion
    1 1/2 cups ketchup
    3/4 cup bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. salt
    1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard

    Recipe



    Put potato cubes in bottom of crockpot. Combine beef, onion, half the ketchup, bread crumbs, egg and salt, mix well. Form into loaf. Place on top of potatoes. Combine brown sugar and rest of ketchup, mix well. Spread over top of meatloaf. Cover and cook on Low for 6-8 hours. Drain liquid and serve
