1 16 oz sour cream
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
2 lbs boneless breast-cut in strips
2c crushed seasoned croutons
1/4c melted butter
Recipe
Preheat oven 400*. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray. In shallow bowl,combine sour cream, lemon juice and W. sauce. Put the crushed croutons in a shallow bowl also. Dip chicken strips in the sour cream mix, then coat in the crumbs. Place on prepared sheets. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake 20 minutes or until done. Serve with dipping sauces
