List of Ingredients
2-3 c. canned fruit (I generally use
sliced peaches in light syrup)--save syrup
3 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding mix, divided
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. syrup from fruit
2/3 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. oats
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine, melted
Recipe
Combine fruit, 1 T. of the pudding mix, brown sugar, and 1/4 c. syrup from fruit. Put into the bottom of a greased 8 x 8 pan. Combine all remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over top of fruit. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream if desired
