    1 envelope plain Knox gelatin
    1/2 cup cold water
    1 1/4 cups hot, strong coffee
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/8 teaspoon salt

    Recipe



    Soften gelatin in cold water. Add coffee, sugar and salt. Stir until dissolved. Chill to firm. Top with real whipped cream.
