    List of Ingredients




    1 large pkg. Oreo cookies
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 cup butter
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1 large container Cool Whip
    2 (3-1/2 oz.) pkgs. of instant vanilla pudding
    3 cups milk
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Recipe



    Crush cookies and put 1/2 cookie crumbs in 9x13 pan. Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix in powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip.
    In a separate bowl, mix puddings, milk and vanilla. Fold into other mixture and pour into pan over crumbs. Slpread remaining crumbs over top. Can be served chlled or frozen.
