    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 stick oleo
    1/2 c. pecans/walnuts
    Mix together & press into 9x13 pan. Bake 30 min. 350º Let cool.

    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/3 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. cool whip
    Cream together & spread onto cooled layer

    Mix 4 boxes Lemon Jello Instant Pudding & 5 cups milk(Can use the Cook and serve lemon pie filling, but only needed 3 packages, let it cool and then used as directed) Add 2 T. lemon juice. Mix till thick.

    Spread on cream cheese mixture. Top with rest of large cool whip. Refrigerate
