List of Ingredients
3/4 cup flour
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1 pkg. Vanilla pudding mix (3-oz size)
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 3 Tablespoons butter or margarine
* 1/2 cup milk
* 1 egg
* 1 can (20-oz) peaches; drained, reserve juice
* 1 pkg. (8-oz) cream cheese
* 1/2 cup sugar
* 3 Tablespoons reserved peach juice
* 1 Tablespoon sugar
Recipe
Combine flour, baking powder, vanilla pudding, salt, butter, milk and
egg in a bowl; beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased pie plate.
Drain the peaches, saving the juice. MIx together the cream cheese, 1/2
cup sugar, and the peach juice. Spread the peaches in pie plate. Spread
cream cheese mixture over peaches within 1 inch of edge.
Mix 1-Tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Sprinkle over pie top.
Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 30-35 minutes. Serves 6.
