List of Ingredients
(heat oven to 300°)
1/2 cup 2% milk
2 eggs
3 TBLS. melted butter
1/4 cup Splenda
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
dash of salt
dash of nutmeg
Recipe
Put all above ingredients in a bowl and blend well. Place 4 ramekins (custard cups) in a baking dish with a couple inches of water in it. Spray ramekins with non-stick spray. Pour mixture evenly into the ramekins, sprinkle generously with nutmeg.
Place in middle rack in oven and bake until firm (30-40 min). Cool to room temp before enjoying or if you like it very cold, keep it in the fridge. These were so creamy smooth, even though I replaced the original heavy whipping cream with 2% milk instead.
