List of Ingredients
1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
1 large red potato, chopped
1/2 of a 16-oz. pkg. frozen whole-kernel corn
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
3 tbls. Dijon-style mustard
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic pepper
21/2 cups V-8 vegetable juice
1 (14-oz.) can reduced-sodium chicken broth
Recipe
1. In a 31/2- or 4-quart slow cooker, combine the chicken, potato,
corn, onion, celery, mustard, pepper and garlic pepper.
2. Pour vegetable juice and broth over all.
3. Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours or on High for 4 to 5 hours.
