    1 box SF FF vanilla pudding mix
    6 cups milk
    1t rum extract
    1/4 t nutmeg
    Combine pudding mix with 2 cups milk and mix well. (I usually use a plastic container with a tight lid and give it a good shake). Add the rest of the milk the nutmeg and the rum extract. Mix again. Refrigerate overnight.

    Eggnog

    4 cups skim milk
    1 package Jell-O sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix -- (4 serving size)
    1/2 teaspoon rum extract
    1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    "Eggnog MUST be served at all holiday functions. Isn't that the law of the land? Well here's my version--prepared without eggs, sugar, fat, or liquor, it still tastes exactly like traditional eggnog."
    In a large pitcher, combine skim milk, dry pudding mix, rum extract, and nutmeg. Mix well using a long spoon. Refrigerate 5 minutes. Gently stir again. Serve at once. Makes 4 (1 cup) servings. HINT: If you like thinner eggnog, add 1 cup of cold water when adding skim milk.
