Posted by: MissEllie*************Here's my favorite hot chicken dip. I'm always asked for the recipe when I take it someplace. It fits just right to keep warm in a 1 qt. crockpot
List of Ingredients
2 10-oz. cans chunk white chicken
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. Velveeta or American cheese
4 oz. pepper jack cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1-2 chopped green onions, to taste (I use a whole bunch, and chop the tops only)
1/2 of a green pepper, finely chopped
Recipe
Combine cheeses and soup and heat over medium heat until all are melted and smooth. (I usually keep the broth off the chicken and stir in here, too.) Stir in remaining ingredients and heat through. Serve warm or cold with tortilla chips.
