    List of Ingredients




    Combine 1/3 cup crushed cranberry sauce (I use whole cranberry sauce)
    2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
    � tsp. Orange Extract
    1/8 tsp. Ground Nutmeg

    1 8 oz. Brie cheese
    2 tbsp. chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Peel off top rind of brie cheese leaving � inch rim. Top brie with cranberry mixture and sprinkle with 2 tbsp. chopped pecans. Bake in 500 F oven 4-5 minutes. Serve with assorted crackers.
