1/3 cup real butter
* 2 cups powdered sugar
* 2 tablespoons light rum
* or
* 1 1/2 teaspoon rum flavoring
* 4 tablespoons hot waterRecipe
Melt butter in microwave-safe dish. Whisk in powdered sugar and rum. Add water 1 tsp. at a time until smooth and consistency of thick syrup.
Drizzle this buttery rum glaze over any 10" Bundt, angel food or chiffon cake.
