    1 c cream
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 c butter/marg.
    1 1/3 c coconut
    1 c sugar
    1 c chopped pecans
    3 egg yolks

    Recipe



    Cook and stir over med. heat: cream, marg. sugar, egg yolks and vanilla, until thickened. Add the coconut and pecans. Beat until thick enough to spread.
