    List of Ingredients




    1 pound (4 sticks) butter, softened
    2 cups confectioners' sugar
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    2 jars (about 7 oz. ea.) marshmallow cream
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract

    Recipe



    In large bowl, beat butter with electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add sugar and salt; mix well. Add marshmallow cream and vanilla; blend well. Use immediately or refrigerate, covered, up to 1 week; bring to room temperature and lightly beat before using.

    Makes about 5 1/2 cups icing.
