    starshineeliz_ ************I just posted this for someone asking for a rich chocolate frosting. This is my favorite one. It's rich and chocolatey and I use it on cakes, cookies and brownies. This is lick the bowl good! It is a Southern Living Recipe




    List of Ingredients




    2/3 c. butter, softened
    5 3/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1 1/3 c. cocoa
    1 c. plus 2 T. whipping cream or 3/4 c. milk

    1 tsp vanilla

    Recipe



    BEAT 2/3 c. butter at medium speed until creamy. Combine powdered sugar and 1 1/3 c. cocoa; add to butter alternately with 1 c. plus 2 T. cream, beginning and ending with sugar mixture. Beat until spreading consistency. Stir in remaining 1 t. vanilla.
