    10 Servings


    1 (4-serving size) pkg Jell-O Brand Gelatin, any flavor
    3/4 cup granulated sugar
    1 cup boiling water
    2 cups milk
    1-3/4 cups (4 oz) Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed
    assorted cookies, optional

    Recipe



    Dissolve gelatin & sugar in boiling water. Stir in milk. (Mixture will appear curdled but will be smooth when frozen.) Pour into 13" X 9" baking pan. Freeze until ice crystals form 1" around edge, about 1 hr. Spoon gelatin mixture into chilled bowl. Beat until smooth. Blend in whipped topping. Return to pan. Freeze until firm, about 4 hrs. Serve with assorted cookies, if desired.
