1 box Beef Rice-A-Roni
1 large egg
1 pound lean ground beef, chuck or round is best
Amount of hot water that box states
Recipe
In a bowl, mix the meat, egg and package of rice/vermicelli mix.
I add garlic powder for extra flavor, sometimes onion powder.
Shape into meatballs about the size of a large egg.
Brown in a skillet with lid to fit.
Roll around until well-cooked.
Add the hot water and the seasoning package, cover and simmer about 30 minutes.
Serves 4-6.
