    List of Ingredients




    1 cup powdered skim milk
    2/3 cup granulated sugar
    1/3 cup water
    1/4 cup butter or margarine

    Recipe



    Measure all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth. Use as any sweetened condensed milk. (From: Company's Coming Desserts)

    They also have a no-fat condensed milk on the market, so last time I made chocolate icecream, I made this milk without the butter and couldn't taste the difference in the icecream
