    List of Ingredients





    1 chicken, boiled, boned and cut in bite size pieces
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can mild enchilada sauce
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 t. garlic salt
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    regular size fritos
    1 c. grated cheese

    Recipe



    Mix chicken, soup, enchilada sauce, onion, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Layer in a casserole, 1 layer of fritos. Top with part of chicken mixture. Repeat. Place cheese on top. Pour broth over all. Bake 30 minutes @ 350º.
