    Comments: I like to make up a bunch of these at one time and have in the freezer

    List of Ingredients




    Ingredients:
    2/3 c. picante sauce
    1 t. ground cumin
    1-1/2 c. chopped or shredded cooked chicken
    1 c. shredded mild cheddar cheese
    6 flour tortillas (8")
    butter flavor non-stick cooking spray

    garnish with: (if desired)
    grated cheese
    diced green onion
    lite sour cream

    Recipe



    Mix picante sauce, cumin, chicken, & cheese.
    Place about 1/2 c. chicken mixture in center of each tortilla. Fold opposite sides over filling. Roll up from bottom & place seam-side down on baking sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Spray the chimichaga with butter flavored cooking spray
    Bake at 400 for 25 min. or until golden.
    Garnish with cheese, green onion & sour cream. if desired.
    Serve with additional picante sauce.
