List of Ingredients
1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles
2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbl. chopped fresh chives
1 tsp. salt - I used less
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1 clove crushed garlic
2 tbl. butter
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Recipe
In a large pot with boiling salted water, cook egg noodles until al dente. Drain. In a large bowl mix together the sour cream, 1/4 c. of the grated Parmesan cheese, chives, salt, ground black pepper and garlic. Stir in butter to hot egg noodles. Stir in sour cream mixture. Arrange noodles on warm platter and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 c. of grated Parmesan cheese.
*When I made this I added a dash of Worcestershire sauce, a dash of hot pepper sauce and 1/2 lb. shrimp, sauteed in garlic butter. I tossed it all together and it was so good
