Orange Pineapple Cobbler

List of Ingredients
2 - 20 oz. cans pineapple chunks, drained, reserve juice
1 - 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained, discard juice
2 - 3 oz. boxes orange Jello
1 - package Duncan Hines pineapple cake mix
1 - stick butter
1 1/2 cups water
Recipe
Grease a 9X13 glass pan, and add the following, layer by layer, WITHOUT STIRRING:
In the bottom of the pan, empty pineapple chunks and mandarin oranges. Add 1 1/2 cups of reserved pineapple juice. Sprinke dry orange Jello over pineapples, oranges, and juice. Pour dry cake mix evenly over top; dot with slices butter. Carefully pour water over top of all layers - DO NOT STIR!
Put pan on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes, until top layer is done and starts to brown.
Be very careful when removing from oven - the bottom is still liquid!
Refrigerate until the bottom Jello layer is set.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream
