    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 cups plain unbleached flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    pinch of sugar
    6 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    2 Tbsp. shortening/crisco

    Recipe



    Cut butter/shortening into flour mixture.
    Add 1/4 cup sour cream - w/ 2 Tbsp. cold water.
    Mix and chill.
    Roll out and use in appropriate pan
