    5 or 6 apples, peeled and thinly sliced (I used Granny smith apples)

    1/2 cup margarine, softened

    1 cup sugar

    2 eggs

    1 cup flour

    (Cinnamon and Sugar )

    Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees

    Place peeled and sliced apples in a deep dish pie pan coated with cooking spray. ( I used a stone so I coated it with PAM)

    Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over apples.

    Mix margarine, sugar, eggs and flour until blended well. Glob the mixture over the middle of the apples..(it will spread out as it bakes.) Sprinkle dough with more cinnamon sugar and bake for 50 minutes or until lightly browned.
