DUTCH APPLE PIE

List of Ingredients
CRUST:
1/4 C butter
1 C Flour
1 T sugar
Cut together and pat in bottom and sides of pie pan
4 to 6 apples peeled and cut up. I usually use something like Rome or Granny Smith. Does not work well with Delicious.
Put in pie pan
Mix:
1/2 C sugar
1/4 C dark brown sugar( use 1/2 C light brown, never have dark around}
1/4 C flour
Cinnamon to taste
1/2 C Evaporated milk. Mix and add
1 Egg or egg yolk.
Whip and pour over the applesRecipe
Bake 325 for 45 to 50 min. Really heap the apples as they do shrink a lot during cooking
