    List of Ingredients




    1/4 lb butter
    3 tablespoons flour
    1 box light brown sugar
    6 tablespoons milk
    3 eggs
    2 teaspoons vinegar
    1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla
    1 cup chopped Pecans
    1 unbaked Pie Shell

    Recipe



    Melt the butter, set aside to cool.
    Mix flour and sugar together, add milk and eggs, beat well. Stir in vinegar and vanilla. Add melted butter and nuts. Pour into unbaked shell and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.

    I also use the Pillsbury Pie Crust.
