    List of Ingredients




    1 cup flour
    1 Tsp each salt, oregano
    pinch of black pepper 2 large eggs
    2/3 cup milk
    1 pound ground beef or sausage, cooked and drained
    1 small onion chopped fine
    1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
    1-1/2 cups pizza sauce
    2 cups shredded mozz. cheese

    Recipe



    Oven at 400.
    Pam a pizza or cookie sheet
    Combine the flour,salt,oregano, eggs,and milk and mix well.
    Pour batter into the prepared pan and tilt the pan until the bottom of the pan is evenly coated.
    Sprinkle with the meat, onions and mushrooms.
    Bake for 20 minutes.
    Remove from the oven and drizzle the sauce over the top.
    Sprinkle evenly with the cheese.
    Bake for another 5 minutes
