    Buy two prepared pie crust ( deep dish)
    (2 crusts per pizza)

    Brown 2 lbs. lean ground chuck, and a whole onion, diced, and a package of pepperoni sauted with the ground chuck. Cook mixture till ground chuck is very done and onion is tender. Drain.

    Add to drained ground chuck a can of tomato sauce and a cup and a half of bread crumbs. Add a half teaspoon of fennel seed. (gives it a pizza-y taste)

    Pour this mixture into your pie shell or shells if you need more than one!

    In a large mixing bowl, beat 2 eggs with a fork and add to cups of shredded cheddar cheese. Briskly stir these together and quickly pour over the ground chuck mixture. (The egg and cheese mixture makes a souffle'. It's thick and delicious!! Just wait and see!)

    I place another pie shell on the top while I bake it. It's crispy and tasty. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour or until crust is golden brown.
