    List of Ingredients




    1/2c. to 3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. yeast
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt

    Recipe



    Combine 1/4 c. water with yeast and sugar. Dissolve and let stand until bubbly, about 5 minutes.

    Put flour, oil, and salt in the food processor. Process with steel blade for 5 seconds. Add yeast mixture and process for 10 seconds. Turn on processor and drizzle leftover water in tube so dough forms a ball; turn ball 25 times. Put dough on greased pan, cover and let stand for 10 minutes. Pat or roll out, cover with desired toppings, and bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes.

    I love this crust!!!
