    List of Ingredients




    1 1/3 cup lukewarm water
    2 teaspoons sugar
    1 1/4 teaspoons salt
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 tablespoons cornmeal
    2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour (I sometimes substitute one cup
    fresh
    ground whole wheat flour)
    1 cup bread flour (You may use all-purpose flour only)
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (or just press or mince one fresh clove)
    1/4 teaspoon onion powder (I've used dried flakes for a substitution)
    1 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast

    Set machine to "dough" mode and come back later for wonderful pizza
    crust. Deflate dough very gently before using and allow it to rest a further 15 minutes before using in a recipe. Just like Sarah suggested, this dough can be refrigerated in an oiled plastic bag for up to two days, or frozen in an oiled freezer bag for later use. I can make two thin crusts or one thick crust from this recipe.

    Note: The recipe didn't call for this but I always add 1/2 teaspoon
    Dried basil to the dough.
