    1 1/2 t Garlic, minced
    1 t Butter
    3 t Flour
    1 c Milk

    Recipe



    The garlic sauce is basically a thick white sauce with garlic: Saute a few cloves minced garlic in 1 Tbs of butter. Add 3 Tbs of flour to the milk and whisk so not lumpy. Add to the garlic / butter and cook for a 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
